Are Friant’s panel system products refurbished?

No, our System 2 and workstations are brand new. They carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty and are UL certified.

Can I attach Friant’s System 2 product to original Herman Miller A02?

Yes. Our panels, connectors, cantilever supports and overheads will attach to the OEM product. The only exception is our electrical system, which is an 8-wire, 4-circuit system; the pin connectors are different and therefore will not connect to the Herman Miller electrical.

What is the normal lead time for your products?

Our System 2 product has a normal shipping time of 3-4 weeks, but we also offer a 10-Day Quickship program for selected finishes. Custom wood orders usually ship in 6-8 weeks after approval of shop drawings. Seating and Gitana ship in 24-48 hours after receipt of a clean order. For more details, click here.

Do you offer design assistance to dealers?

Yes, we do have a Dealer Specification Support person who can help train your staff in drawing Friant products using CAP or Giza software. You can also download our libraries directly from the 2020 Technologies web site. Design Specification Support Policy

Do you sell parts for your systems?

Yes, we have a multi-million dollar inventory of parts for our System 2 product.

Can I be competitive using your products against refurbished systems?

Yes, particularly when you use our 10-Day Quickship program.
